Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and conducting sales training. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting market research, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also demands collaboration with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities Experience in Training sales teams Ability to work independently and meet targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Knowledge of the plastic processing and recycling industry is a plus Proficiency in ERP software and Google Workspace Suite Fluency in English and local languages is desirable
