Key requirements for this role include expertise in contract technology recruitment, managing contractor teams across multiple clients, furnishing cross-border solutions, and familiarity with both permanent and contract-to-permanent recruitment practices. Moreover, a crucial aspect of your role will involve building and nurturing a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, and retention strategies, with a global focus spanning the USA, UK, APAC, and Australia regions. You will also be entrusted with the growth and development of the Contract division, making prior experience in team expansion a valuable asset.
