Job Description

Project Role : Technology OpS Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Must have skills : AIX System Administration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, implementing best practices, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality services. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements. Design, implement, and maintain AIX system infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and outages. Ensure system security and data integrity. Monitor system performance and optimize as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in AIX System Administration. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Linux System Administration. Strong understanding of system administration principles and best practices. Experience with virtualization technologies such as PowerVM. Knowledge of storage management and SAN technologies. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell or Perl. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in AIX System Administration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
