Job Profile: Driving technical road map of the team in collaboration with Engineering and Product Responsible for design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of business requirements Lead & own the vision and execution for our entire technology ecosystem, impacting thousands of students globally. Drive the development of our next-generation learning platform, leveraging AI, machine learning, and data analytics to personalize the learning journey. Tackle challenging technical problems related to scalability, performance, security, and user experience. Build tools and platforms that empower the system. Lead the development and execution of our technology roadmap, aligning with our overall business strategy. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our core technology platforms, including our LMS, CRM, and other critical systems. Leverage AI and data analytics to enhance learner experience, personalise learning pathways, and drive operational efficiency. Lead the strategy and execution for optimizing the entire digital experience across web and mobile platforms. Desired Profile: 7+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results. Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS), software development, and modern web technologies. Experience with AI/ML, data analytics, and large-scale systems.
