Job Description

Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Sales and Service modules Desired / Secondary Skills: Microsoft Co-pilot Studio Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement solutions within the D365 CE Sales and Service modules for telecom clients. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Customize workflows, automate business processes using Power Platform tools. Support hybrid work model and work closely with client stakeholders. Participate in client interviews and face-to-face discussions as required.
