Technology Head / Technical Project Manager

As a Technology Head / Technical Project Manager with over 12 years of experience, your primary role will be to lead complex technology initiatives. You will need to have a strong technical foundation in Java, Spring, Microservices, AWS, Dockers, and Kubernetes. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the architecture, design, and delivery of robust enterprise applications - Overseeing multiple projects and teams focusing on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native development - Driving cloud adoption and managing infrastructure using AWS, Dockers, Kubernetes, and DevOps pipelines - Collaborating with stakeholders to define technology vision, roadmap, and execution strategies - Aligning technical strategy with business objectives to deliver scalable solutions - Building and leading high-performing technical teams, mentoring team members, and supporting professional development - Implementing best practices in software development, cloud infrastructure, security, and agile methodologies - Managing project planning, timelines, budgets, risk assessment, and delivery milestones - Ensuring high code quality, scalability, and adherence to architectural and security standards Qualifications required for this role include: - 12+ years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on technical leadership - Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Framework, Microservices, and RESTful API design - Expertise in cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps - Background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile project delivery - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage cross-functional teams, multiple projects, and strategic initiatives - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Project management certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe are preferred Preferred skills for this role include experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architecture, modern tools for monitoring, observability, enterprise integration patterns, API gateways, serverless architecture, and knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML, Big Data, or Blockchain.
