Technology Head / Technical Project Manager

As a Technology Head / Technical Project Manager at our company in Noida, you will play a crucial role in leading complex technology initiatives. With 12+ years of experience, you will be responsible for driving technical strategy, project execution, and team management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of robust, scalable enterprise applications. - Oversee projects and teams working on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native development. - Drive cloud adoption and manage infrastructure using AWS, Dockers, Kubernetes, and DevOps pipelines. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology vision, roadmap, and execution strategies. - Align technical strategy with business objectives for long-term scalable solutions. - Build and lead high-performing technical teams, mentoring team members for professional development. - Implement best practices in software development, cloud infrastructure, security, and agile methodologies. - Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, risk assessment, and delivery milestones. - Ensure high code quality, scalability, and adherence to architectural and security standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on technical leadership. - Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Framework, JPA, Hibernate. - Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful API design. - Proven expertise in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices. - Background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile project delivery. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams, multiple projects, and strategic initiatives. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe are preferred. Preferred Skills: - Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architecture (Azure/GCP). - Familiarity with monitoring tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana. - Exposure to enterprise integration patterns, API gateways, or serverless architecture. - Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML, Big Data, or Blockchain is a plus.
