You are currently hiring for a reputable organization for the position of Manager Sales Development Representative based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in marketing, including digital marketing, market development, and team leadership. As the Manager Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include building a team culture that reflects the company values and drives alignment with global marketing objectives. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, overseeing onboarding, professional development, and retention to foster a skilled and dedicated team. You will lead and mentor Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure they achieve qualified pipeline goals and assigned key performance indicators (KPIs). It is essential to optimize team performance within the global marketing budget, focusing on streamlined reporting and cost-efficiency to drive value for Blackbaud's growth. Collaboration with digital marketing, marketing operations, and market development teams is crucial to ensure cohesive and effective integration of lifecycle marketing and customer journey strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities to optimize marketing strategies and meet global business objectives. A proven track record in building a team culture that aligns with company values, promoting collaboration and innovation is required. Demonstrated success in achieving lifecycle marketing goals, with a focus on marketing KPIs supporting pipeline creation, customer acquisition costs, and customer LTV, is essential. Familiarity with chat, marketing automation, business intelligence, and sales automation tools such as Qualified, Drift, Marketo, DemandBase, and Gong to drive data-driven insights and impact is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
