As a Senior Full Stack Developer/Architect specializing in eCommerce architecture frameworks, particularly Microservices and Micro-frontend Architecture, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions for our cloud-hosted eCommerce platforms. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with product managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to modernize systems and deliver exceptional business capabilities. In your role within the eCommerce team, you will work closely with both business and technology teams to design and develop in-house data-driven solutions for complex decision-making problems. This will involve utilizing a combination of computer science, analytics, mathematical optimization, and machine learning. Furthermore, you will collaborate with product and program management to derive application requirements, set expectations, and effectively communicate progress throughout the development process. Your expertise is expected to encompass various key areas including Execution Focus, Business Alignment, Performance Optimization, ADA Compliance, Full Stack Development, Microservice Architecture, Micro Frontend Architecture, Database Expertise, Messaging Systems, Data Pipelines, and Technology Evolution. You should be proficient in developing applications using Java/Spring Boot for backend services and React with TypeScript for frontend interfaces. Additionally, hands-on experience with distributed databases such as Couchbase and relational databases like MySQL is crucial, along with familiarity with messaging systems such as Solace, Azure EventHub, or Apache Kafka for reliable inter-service communication. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in architecting and developing scalable applications as a Full-Stack Engineer within the eCommerce sector. A strong background in modern programming languages such as Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, React JS, and React Native with TypeScript is essential. Furthermore, extensive experience in designing microservices architectures within cloud-native environments is required to excel in this role. In addition to technical skills, you should demonstrate mastery of technologies including React JS, Next JS, Node JS, Java, and Spring Boot. Experience with both NoSQL databases (Couchbase) and relational databases (MySQL) is necessary, along with familiarity with messaging systems like Solace or Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures. Proficiency in implementing Headless Commerce solutions and ADA compliance standards within web applications is also expected. Preferred qualifications include proven experience in exploring a variety of open-source technologies, deploying software products on public cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, and contributing technical perspectives to product and UX design phases.
