Key Responsibilities : Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis. You should have more than 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Technical Service functional area. Your primary responsibility will be to provide thorough user training on IVD platforms in laboratory settings or training centers. Additionally, you will troubleshoot technical issues faced by customers and work closely with field application specialists to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be expected to determine application solutions based on product and customer specifications, provide clinical expertise to support field application specialists and customers, and assist in product evaluations and comparisons. Furthermore, you will be required to report on industry and market trends, client satisfaction levels, and customer needs. Supporting customers over the phone when necessary and coordinating troubleshooting efforts with Service Engineers, Technical Support, QA, and R&D teams to ensure timely problem resolution are also key aspects of this role. You will conduct training sessions for both internal and external customers, including initial workflow training and additional training on applications and reagents for successful integration into customer workflows. Developing and conducting seminar trainings for customers, responding to technical assistance requests from customers promptly and professionally, and staying updated on IVD products and technology developments will also be part of your responsibilities. The Full-stack QA position requires you to demonstrate exceptional functional testing abilities with a strong focus on identifying and addressing edge cases. You will need to ensure comprehensive test coverage to maintain high-quality standards and prevent potential issues. Writing detailed test cases to thoroughly evaluate software functionality and documenting defects meticulously will be part of your responsibilities. You will also participate in grooming, planning sessions, and provide estimates for test activities. Developing and maintaining test plans to guide the testing process, taking responsibility for releases, and ensuring all functional testing requirements are met are crucial tasks in this role. You should have a good understanding of JIRA and XRAY or similar test management tools. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing, including writing test automation scripts for web applications and web services, you will actively contribute to the existing automation framework and build new frameworks from scratch. Hands-on experience in JavaScript is essential, along with a strong understanding of Selenium or other automation tools and testing frameworks like Xunit. Having a solid understanding of API testing and automation, as well as familiarity with tools like Postman, is a plus. Prior experience in testing conversational chatbot applications and working within Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, are also required. Meeting the required quality deliverables, adhering to deadlines, and having previous work experience in the finance domain are considered advantageous. As a member of the QA community, you must possess a strong testing mindset with meticulous attention to detail to ensure thorough validation of software functionality and identify potential issues early in the development process. Understanding object-oriented design principles, best practices of automation scripting, and providing proactive inputs during grooming sessions based on design/implementation options are essential. Staying up to date on the latest technology developments, learning, and sharing knowledge with the community, as well as mentoring and guiding junior team members for their growth and development, are key aspects of this role. Strong work ethic, being a self-starter, excellent planner and executor, and a good team player are important behavioral competencies.
