The role is responsible for the development, project leadership, quality, and timely delivery of the project. Client based projects, client liaison, pre-sales, and cross-functional development will fall within the ambit of responsibilities. Along with that fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, and leading the delivery team. Key Responsibilities : Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis. Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop, and manage implementation schedules and project budgets. Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective. Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise. Support in hiring of new talent. Discussions related to retention of team member whenever required. Manage the performance of team member and participate in Performance discussion. The Full-stack QA position requires you to demonstrate exceptional functional testing abilities with a strong focus on identifying and addressing edge cases. You will need to ensure comprehensive test coverage to maintain high-quality standards and prevent potential issues. Writing detailed test cases to thoroughly evaluate software functionality and documenting defects meticulously will be part of your responsibilities. You will also participate in grooming, planning sessions, and provide estimates for test activities. Developing and maintaining test plans to guide the testing process, taking responsibility for releases, and ensuring all functional testing requirements are met are crucial tasks in this role. You should have a good understanding of JIRA and XRAY or similar test management tools. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing, including writing test automation scripts for web applications and web services, you will actively contribute to the existing automation framework and build new frameworks from scratch. Hands-on experience in JavaScript is essential, along with a strong understanding of Selenium or other automation tools and testing frameworks like Xunit. Having a solid understanding of API testing and automation, as well as familiarity with tools like Postman, is a plus. Prior experience in testing conversational chatbot applications and working within Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, are also required. Meeting the required quality deliverables, adhering to deadlines, and having previous work experience in the finance domain are considered advantageous. Strong work ethic, being a self-starter, excellent planner and executor, and a good team player are important behavioral competencies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, multi-tasking ability, priority setting, and meeting deadlines are critical.
