Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and comprehend business needs concerning identity and access management. Provide technical expertise and guidance in implementing and customizing the Sailpoint solution to align with client requirements. Develop and configure workflows, access policies, and role-based access controls within the Sailpoint platform. Conduct system integration, testing, and debugging of Sailpoint applications and modules. Participate in the full software development life cycle, encompassing requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Work with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure successful project delivery. Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in identity and access management, incorporating best practices in Sailpoint development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are advantageous. Sailpoint Implementation Experience: 3 to 8 Years Demonstrated experience as a Sailpoint Developer or similar role, with a solid grasp of identity governance and administration concepts. Thorough knowledge of the Sailpoint platform and its features, encompassing configuration, customization, and integration. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, or Python. Experience with web services (SOAP, REST), XML, and JSON. Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) standards, protocols, and frameworks such as OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.
