Technology Architect

As a Technology Architect specializing in CRM Implementation within the financial services industry, your role will involve leading the design and delivery of technical architecture to ensure alignment with business needs and IT strategy in the banking domain. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement highly integrated CRM systems, including data migration, event streaming, and real-time integration. - Deliver gap-fit analysis documents by translating business requirements into comprehensive solution design documents covering various aspects of architecture. - Design Unified Service Desktop platforms hosting multiple banking applications and supporting front-end integration. - Lead CRM implementation, platform upgrades, and contribute to planning, analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Define technical requirements to align with business objectives, engage with senior stakeholders, and communicate architecture design principles. - Guide CRM system integrators in creating target technical architecture blueprints and ensure compliance with project objectives. - Collaborate with solution architects, SMEs, and delivery leads for reviewing estimates and solution plans. - Conduct hardware and network sizing, capacity planning, information security risk assessments, and performance engineering activities. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in CRM architecture and implementation. - Strong background in banking IT environments, data migration, and integration. - Proven experience delivering comprehensive architecture documentation. - Deep understanding of technical infrastructure, deployment, and security in banking solutions. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. - Ability to work across multiple technical teams and lead architecture governance.
