You are an experienced Technology Architect with over 10 years of expertise in architecting and implementing integrated CRM solutions within the banking domain. Your main responsibility will be to design and deliver technical architecture that aligns with business needs and IT strategy. Your key responsibilities include architecting and implementing highly integrated CRM systems, delivering gap-fit analysis documents, designing Unified Service Desktop platforms, leading CRM implementation and upgrades, defining technical requirements, engaging with senior IT and business stakeholders, developing bank-specific CRM architecture design principles, guiding CRM SI partners, and ensuring product architecture adheres to CRM principles. To qualify for this role, you should have 10+ years of experience in CRM architecture and implementation, a strong background in banking IT environments, proven experience in delivering comprehensive architecture documentation, deep understanding of technical infrastructure, deployment, and security in banking solutions, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple technical teams and lead architecture governance.
