Description
As a seasoned Technology Architect specialized in SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design and architectural implementation of comprehensive SuccessFactors solutions. Your role will require you to be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in architecting enterprise-grade HR platforms, particularly across diverse SuccessFactors modules. You will need to possess a deep understanding of business process modeling and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design and architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions while aligning with enterprise IT strategy and business objectives. You will be tasked with architecting and integrating multiple SuccessFactors modules such as BizX, Employee Central, Mobile, Workforce Planning, EC Time Off, Timesheet, and others. Your ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performing SuccessFactors solutions will be crucial. Collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure proper integration with other enterprise systems will be a key aspect of your role. You will need to provide expert guidance on solution configuration, design documents, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications. Additionally, you will evaluate existing HR systems and propose optimization strategies for performance, scalability, and compliance. Ensuring architectural adherence to performance, security, and data governance standards will be essential. You will be responsible for monitoring system health and driving resolution of technical issues to ensure business continuity and system reliability. Staying updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors innovations and industry trends will be necessary to incorporate relevant enhancements into the solution landscape. Mentoring and supporting technical and functional consultants during the project lifecycle and post-implementation will also be part of your role, along with promoting user adoption through training sessions and subject matter expertise. In terms of technical skills and expertise, you should have expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC), Workforce Planning, OnBoarding, Workforce Analytics, EC Time Off & Timesheet, BizX Suite, and Mobile enablement. You should also have proven experience in Solution Design & Architecture within large-scale, complex environments. Strong knowledge of Business Process Modeling (BPM) and its application in HR transformation projects, integration experience with enterprise systems and third-party platforms, deep understanding of cloud-based architectures, performance optimization, and data security standards are required. Familiarity with retail domain HR processes, including Performance Management and Pricing Optimization, is a plus. Proficiency in technical documentation, architecture diagrams, design presentations, and working knowledge of system monitoring, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support are also expected. Certifications Required: - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning - SAP SuccessFactors OnBoarding Additional certifications in Workforce Analytics, EC Time Off, or BizX are highly desirable.,
