15 years full time educationSummary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs, assess technology trends, and provide insights that drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. Your role will also require you to mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align on architectural decisions. - Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on current and future projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and services. - Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions. - Familiarity with network architecture and security best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
