Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative solutions that enhance the technology landscape. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on current projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services. - Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns. - Ability to create and maintain architectural documentation. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
