Role & responsibilities

The Technologist in R&D is responsible for contributing advanced technical expertise to support and drive research and development projects. This role involves hands-on technical work, ideation, and problem- solving in the creation of new products, or processes. The Technologist works closely with cross-functional teams, applying a deep understanding of scientific principles and technical skills to help achieve project milestones and ensure technical quality. They also support process improvements and, when required, provide guidance to junior team

members in specialized areas of expertise.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor of Technology, Masters of Science
• Technical Proficiency
• Research and Development
• 1-2 YEARS
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt for process improvement, Certified Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) for R&D-focused quality design, or relevant CAD/CAM certifications for design-intensive roles.
