Reporting to the Internal Mobility and Skills Capability Leader within the Schneider Digital team, the role requires a proactive and experienced IT Project Lead. The main focus will be on managing and delivering complex IT projects, with a specific emphasis on system and data migration initiatives. Strong leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the successful implementation of IT solutions are essential for this role. Prior experience in the HR domain would be beneficial.
