This includes deploying cutting-edge analytics and BI tools for real-time risk monitoring, process streamlining, automation, and ensuring data governance and security. Your responsibilities will involve leading and supporting strategic projects for GDS-RMS in collaboration with global stakeholders, managing compliance frameworks and RM controls, supervising dynamic projects, leveraging automation for process improvement, preparing executive-level presentations, and driving continuous improvement and innovation in risk management services. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of business context in risk management, the ability to align RM initiatives with organizational goals, experience in managing change initiatives, collaboration skills, and the ability to identify opportunities for digitization and workflow optimization. Key attributes and skills required include the ability to work with senior stakeholders, knowledge of risk management concepts, self-starting attitude, willingness to learn new systems, problem-solving skills, communication proficiency, project management skills, attention to detail, resilience, and openness to feedback. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of professional experience in operations, risk management, or administrative functions, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent command of English.
