As a Senior Executive in Human Resources at our Delhi HO location, you will play a crucial role in supporting the complete employee lifecycle. This includes activities ranging from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, training, and off-boarding. Your responsibilities will involve fostering a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment. Working closely with department heads and employees, you will be instrumental in implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Reporting to the HR Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Talent Management: - Managing various recruitment channels such as internal job postings, external platforms, internship programs, and campus relations. - Conducting cultural fit interviews and administering assessment tests during the hiring process. - Overseeing and enhancing onboarding and induction processes to facilitate seamless integration for new hires. - Managing off-boarding procedures, including documentation preparation and conducting exit interviews. Performance Management: - Supporting line managers in the goal-setting process to ensure alignment of individual and team objectives with company business goals. - Administering and managing the performance appraisal cycle, including facilitating feedback sessions and performance reviews. Training & Development: - Coordinating various training courses, managing evaluation processes, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. - Delivering internal training sessions to departments and collaborating with stakeholders to organize and schedule training programs. Employee Relations: - Initiating and supporting activities to enhance employer and employee branding, strengthening company culture. - Leading and organizing employee engagement activities for a vibrant and connected workplace. - Developing and maintaining harmonious employment relations, ensuring timely grievance redressal and clear employee communication. - Facilitating conflict resolution through positive and professional mediation. - Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures in line with company policy and legal guidelines. Administrative: - Supporting management with HR data requirements on an ad hoc basis. - Attending to internal audits and evaluating internal control systems. - Overseeing various administrative duties like assigning mail signatures, business cards, G suite administration, etc. Skills required for this role include a high emotional quotient and empathy, excellent communication and negotiation skills, technological aptitude, strong personal ethics, analytical skills, and organizational skills. This position requires 0-1 years of experience, depending on the specific requirements, in the manufacturing industry. The educational qualification expected is at the undergraduate level. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Benefits include leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred, and the work location is in Burari, Delhi, Delhi. This position requires in-person work.,
