NEED A SITE SUPERVISOR FOR MANAGING AND COORDINATING THE SITE OF FACTORIES AND OFFICES AIRCONDITIONING WORK

Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and responsible HVAC Site Supervisor to oversee and manage HVAC installation and maintenance activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to manage a team of technicians while ensuring project deadlines and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities:Supervise HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning work at the site Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site workers to ensure timely completion Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical documents Monitor the quality of work and ensure adherence to safety standards Maintain material and manpower planning on-site Conduct daily site inspections and resolve on-site issues Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share with project managers Ensure compliance with all site regulations and standards
