As an Oracle Application Functional Analyst at MoneyGram, your primary responsibility will be to engage with the business in defining the necessary processes and systems to support and enhance the profitable growth of the organization. You will play a key role in leading Oracle Financials projects and driving systems improvements to boost business performance. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a relevant discipline, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of IT analyst experience, preferably in a financial services firm. Experience with iProcurement and iSupplier is preferred, and you should have at least 3 years of experience working with the Oracle eBusiness Suite. You should possess essential skills such as the ability to interpret complex data structure documentation, knowledge of various query/reporting tools, and in-depth understanding of business processes and best practices. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization, demonstrate accountability for desired outcomes, and work collaboratively with both functional and IT partners to achieve shared objectives.
