The ideal candidate should possess the following key skill sets: - Domain knowledge in Agile BA Position with a focus on Mortgages (secured lending). - 8-12 years of experience in Core Banking application and its implementation/migration. - Techno-functional BA background is preferred. - Excellent analytical and communication skills. - Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA & Confluence, and working with APIs. - Previous experience working for a Bank operating in the UK would be advantageous.
