About the Role As a Junior Learning Designer, you’ll transform ideas and information into impactful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to understand learning goals and target audiences. • Design, write, and develop engaging learning materials such as e-learning modules, videos, storyboards, and interactive exercises. • Use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Camtasia to create digital learning content. • Simplify complex information into clear, learner-friendly narratives. • Develop quizzes, simulations, and assessments that reinforce learning. • Review content for clarity, flow, visual appeal, and learner engagement. • Apply instructional design principles such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Gagné’s Nine Events of Instruction. • Experiment with AI tools like ChatGPT, Synthesia, and Canva Magic Write to enhance creativity and speed in content production. Who Can Apply • Fresh graduates (0–2 years) from backgrounds such as Education, Psychology, English, Communication, Design, Engineering, or Media. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. • Strong storytelling and presentation skills with a creative mindset. • Comfortable using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and open to learning new tools. • Passion for learning, design, and technology.
