We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable professional to join our team as an Energy Storage System (ESS) Assistant Sales Manager. In this role, you will be working on battery storage systems with a focus on grid-scale and commercial & industrial (C&I) applications. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities in the ESS market, presenting technical solutions to clients and consultants, preparing and delivering commercial proposals and techno-commercial presentations, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You should have knowledge in the tender application process and be able to gather new BESS tender information in India. It is essential to stay updated on market trends and competitor products, as well as coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on knowledge of batteries and hybrid inverter systems, good communication and client-handling skills, and a minimum of 1+ years of experience in the ESS, solar, or renewable energy industry. Understanding of energy storage sizing and ROI calculation, as well as experience in working with EPC, OEMs, and utility clients, would be beneficial. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Energy Engineering or a relevant field, along with at least 1 year of experience in the Lithium-ion battery industry or ESS industry.
