The candidate will manage corporate clients, prepare proposals, handle sales calls/emails, and support the sales team from the office. No field visits are required. Reaches out to Industry Business Group partners such as contracts, legal, finance, to secure resources to work on bid response Responsible for participating in Government tenders and all activities related to convert tender to order. Develop and maintain standard project documentation such as process and procedures, project plans (as needed), agendas, action items list, business rules/requirements, process flows Pull reporting on an as-needed basis Escalate, and create urgency around any issues that would impede the success of the project Develop and maintain network with customers Meeting customer satisfaction and completing the project timeline. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAP Implementation Specialist to lead and support the implementation, customization of SAP modules, particularly FICO, PR, PP, and MM . Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP implementation cycle for FICO, PR, PP, and MM modules. Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements and analyze existing business processes. Customize and configure SAP modules based on business needs. Manage master data, user roles, authorizations, and system integration points. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization. Conduct user training and prepare documentation for system processes and best practices. Coordinate with external consultants or vendors when required. Ensure compliance with internal control standards and company policies. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of business processes in finance, procurement, production, and inventory management. Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into SAP solutions. Experience with SAP S/4HANA . Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry.
