Education & Experience 10+2 or Graduation 02 years in customer-facing or education calling roles Fluency in English, Hindi, Bengali essential Reporting To: Admissions Team Lead Key Responsibilities Calling & Counselling Make daily outbound calls (large volumes 100+) to leads from different sources Explain university courses, eligibility, scholarships, hostel availability Convert inquiries into applications or campus visit bookings Data & Follow-up Update every interaction in CRM or Excel with accuracy Maintain structured follow-up cycles for pending leads Assist with application verification and admission form completion when needed Customer Experience Maintain courteous, encouraging communication at all times Understand parent concerns, provide solutions, escalate when required Skills & Competencies Clear, warm communication Confident handling of queries under pressure Good listening skills and patience
