Software Requirements Required : Proficiency in Selenium, Appium, or TestNG for automated testing. Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Preferred : Familiarity with emerging testing technologies and methodologies in software testing and automation. Overall Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to ensure efficient and comprehensive test coverage. Write detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports to document testing processes and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues effectively. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards. Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in software testing and automation. Technical Skills (By Category) Programming Languages : Essential : Java, Python, JavaScript for scripting and automation. Frameworks and Libraries : Essential : Selenium, Appium, TestNG for automation testing. Development Tools and Methodologies : Essential : Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. Experience Requirements 3-5 years of experience in software testing and automation, specifically within the Capital Market domain. Proven track record in developing and maintaining automated testing scripts. Experience in writing test plans, test cases, and bug reports. Day-to-Day Activities Develop and execute automated test scripts, focusing on both functional and regression testing. Review and debug test scripts to ensure accuracy and reliability. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes. Participate in regular meetings and code reviews to align testing strategies with project objectives. Deliver reports on testing outcomes, highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring timely defect resolution. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
