Responsibilities and Duties: Overall 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud including Service Contracts, Installed Base, Oracle Order Management Cloud, Distributed Order Orchestration, Pricing, Inventory, and Integrations. Ability to configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups. Experience with executing implementation strategy, capturing business and systems requirements, analyzing requirements, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, and training. Partner with key stakeholders and business leaders. Collaborate with team members and other application owners. Recommend roadmaps to close performance gaps and develop high level implementation plans. Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality. Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions for them. Develop an understanding of a Calix's current state process and develop future state recommendations. Advise business teams on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems. Lead and conduct SIT and UAT testing. Develop end-user documentation and training materials. Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables to successful completion. Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Facilitate working sessions with business and technical teams. Support business transformation through continuous system improvement. Oversee Oracle Service Request management and escalate priority issues. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Oracle implementations. 1+ years of experience working with Oracle Cu Fusion Applications. Experience supporting end to end business processes (Quote to Cash and Return to Repair). Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with integrations using Groovy Script, PL/SQL and FBDI. Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Experience in cross-track Supply Chain touchpoints is needed. Preferred Qualifications: Overall 5+ years of experience in Service Contracts and Installed Base with a minimum of 1 year of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud. Experience with B2B integrations using EDI on OpenText and Ariba Network. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service. Experience working with multiple currencies in the Quote to Cash process. Certifications in Oracle Cloud Modules. Required: Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar. Preferred: Oracle Cloud Certification.
