Responsibilities and Duties: - Execute implementation and enhancements strategies, capture & analyze business and system requirements, and configure Oracle, prepare functional specification documents, design solutions, prototype, test, and provide training on Oracle Fusion Supply chain modules. - Partner with key stakeholders and business leaders, collaborating with team members and other application owners and Recommend solutions that meet architectural guidelines and propose roadmaps to close performance gaps, address technical debt, and develop high-level implementation plans. - Lead and conduct all phases of the project lifecycle, including SIT and UAT testing, and develop end-user documentation and training materials when needed. - Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables to successful completion within the given timeframe and advise business teams on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems. - Facilitate working sessions with business and technical teams to support business transformation and continuous system improvement. - Oversee Oracle Service Request management and escalate priority issues as needed. - Proven Experience on BI Reports, dashboards, extracts, error handling, SOAP services, Sandboxes, etc. - Design and develop customizations using VBCS/ PaaS Minimum Qualifications: - Proficient with a minimum of 5 years of techno-functional hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules like Oracle Cloud Service Contracts, Installed Base, Oracle Order Management Cloud, Distributed Order Orchestration, Pricing, Inventory, and Integrations. - Over 10 years of industry experience with Oracle implementations, rollouts, enhancement, and Support on various Oracle platforms and modules - Experience and familiarity with integrations using Groovy Script, PL/SQL, and FBDI along with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). - Comprehensive knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle. - Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills. - Experience in cross-track Supply Chain touchpoints is essential. - Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with B2B integrations using EDI on OpenText and Ariba Network. - Familiar with handling multiple currencies in the SCM business processes. - Certifications in Oracle Cloud SCM Modules.
