Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern Location : Kolkata (Virtual/Hybrid/On-Site) Duration: 3 Months Stipend : ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and excited about fashion, content creation, and brand communication. As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in growing our online presence and shaping our digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating engaging, visually appealing content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and LinkedIn. Maintain and monitor social media channels, schedule posts, and interact with followers to boost engagement. Support in crafting brand-aligned communication materials such as newsletters, internal updates, and campaign stories. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to plan and execute campaigns, pop-ups, exhibits, and influencer initiatives. Send out PR kits and conduct media outreach, including researching and contacting relevant outlets. Track performance metrics across social media accounts and provide insights for optimization. Conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience behavior to suggest and implement effective social media growth strategies. Contribute ideas and assist in the development of brand initiatives, digital strategies, and community building. Help organize and promote internal/external events and campaigns. Participate in creating and managing student/campus ambassador programs (if applicable). Qualifications: Creativity and an eye for aesthetics – passion for fashion is a plus. Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other design/editing tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Good written communication skills and a flair for storytelling. Must be Kolkata-based and able to commute to the office as and if needed. Availability for the full 3-month internship period.
