Job Description

Role Overview: As a TECHNICIEN(NE) DE MAINTENANCE COURANT FAIBLE H/F at the Orlans Saran detention center, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of information systems on site, applying cybersecurity rules, handling level 1 alerts, and maintaining low voltage equipment related to safety, fire safety, and communications. You will work in a team of 10 people under the supervision of the maintenance service manager. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the security of information systems by applying required procedures and updates. - Participate in the reporting and handling of level 1 cyber alerts and incidents. - Perform preventive and corrective interventions on site's IT equipment. - Attend manufacturer training sessions to maintain a high level of expertise. - Be available for on-call duty with the ability to quickly assess risks related to penitentiary activities. - Maintain low voltage equipment related to safety, communications, and fire safety. - Ensure strict compliance with cybersecurity and technical safety rules on site. Qualifications Required: - Ideally hold a Bac +2 in electrotechnics (DUT, BTS, or similar) and have experience in low currents, programmable logic controllers, and IT hardware (software and hardware). - Ideally possess up-to-date electrical accreditations, with the possibility of support for renewal if needed. - Have 2 to 5 years of experience in a demanding environment. - Be autonomous, rigorous, and apply company policies on the ground. - Ensure compliance with safety rules for yourself, your team, and all individuals working in detention. - Be responsive, organized, and able to manage pressure and meet the requirements of a quality-conscious client. - Collaborate with your manager to ensure the continuity of maintenance services and internal replacements. - Demonstrate common sense and discernment in decision-making, including in emergency situations.
