Job Description

Role Overview: As a TECHNICIEN(NE) DE MAINTENANCE COURANT FAIBLE H/F at SODEXO Justice et Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of information systems on site, in collaboration with various IT experts. Your role will involve applying cybersecurity rules, handling level 1 alerts, and maintaining low-voltage equipment related to safety, fire safety, and communications. You will be part of a team of 10 people and will be based at the detention center in Orlans Saran (45). Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the security of information systems by following required procedures and updates. - Assist in the reporting and handling of level 1 cyber alerts and incidents. - Perform preventive and corrective interventions on the site's IT equipment. - Attend manufacturer training sessions to maintain a high level of expertise. - Be available for on-call duty with the ability to quickly assess risks related to penitentiary activities. - Maintain low-voltage equipment related to safety, communications, and fire safety. - Enforce strict compliance with IT and technical safety rules on site. Qualifications Required: - Ideally hold a Bac +2 degree in electrical engineering (DUT, BTS, or similar), with experience in low currents, programmable logic controllers, and IT hardware (software and hardware). - Ideally possess up-to-date electrical accreditations, with the possibility of support for renewal if needed. - Have 2 to 5 years of experience in a demanding environment. - Be autonomous and rigorous in applying and upholding company policies on the ground. - Ensure compliance with safety rules for yourself, your team, and all individuals working in detention. - Be reactive and organized, capable of managing pressure and meeting the quality expectations of a discerning client. - Collaborate with your manager to ensure the continuity of maintenance services and internal replacements. - Demonstrate common sense and good judgment in decision-making, even in emergency situations.
