Technicians - Engineering

Role Overview: You will be joining our Engineering Department as an Operator at our Indore Plant. Your main responsibilities will include operating, monitoring, and maintaining key engineering systems such as Water System, HVAC, Utilities, and Plant Maintenance in our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Candidates with experience in any of these areas are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor Water Treatment Plants (WTP/RO/DM/WFI/PS) following standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Maintain and operate HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, and air handling controls. - Perform routine checks and assist in the maintenance of utility equipment like boilers, compressors, generators, and pumps. - Support mechanical or electrical maintenance activities for plant equipment and infrastructure. - Report any deviations or equipment malfunctions to the Engineering Supervisor. - Maintain equipment logbooks, checklists, and necessary documentation meeting GMP requirements. - Assist in both preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. - Ensure adherence to safety and compliance guidelines during all operations. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams during equipment installation, validation, and audits. Qualification Required: - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant trade Additional Company Details: You will be working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with a focus on adherence to GMP, safety protocols, and basic engineering documentation. **Note: The employment type is Full-Time with a rotational shift, and the CTC will be as per company norms and experience.**,
