Technician - Support

You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring safety procedures, food safety, chemical safety, and GMP compliance. Your main accountabilities will include operating churn cum blending of VP refinery & RO refinery, short mix, bleacher, autoclave, deo, Fractionation, and acid oil plant as per established procedures. You will be required to conduct pre-operation activities, monitor plant parameters for quality production, and maintain log-books. Additionally, you will be responsible for upkeeping and cleanliness of the churn and blending section, maintaining 5S of surrounding areas, supervising contractual manpower, maintaining quality parameters, and participating in workshops and trainings. Your role will require knowledge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting refinery operations, as well as handling manpower. The ideal candidate will possess a full-time Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical with five years of experience in the edible oil or FMCG Manufacturing Industry.
