Role Objective:

To ensure efficient installation, execution, and maintenance of solar energy systems at project sites, adhering to technical specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Setup
• Assist in the installation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related systems.
• Configure system components as per engineering designs and project plans.
• Site Execution & Coordination
• Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to execute tasks as per schedule.
• Handle tools, equipment, and ensure optimal use of resources at site.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Conduct basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting during and after installation.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to validate system performance.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain daily execution logs and submit reports to project leads.
• Record installation issues and suggest improvements for process efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with site regulations.
• Use PPE and ensure team’s adherence to safe working practices.

Qualifications & Experience:CriteriaRequirement
Education : ITI Electrical
Experience : 1–3 years in solar project execution Technical Skills Basic electrical knowledge, use of measuring tools Physical Requirements Ability to work at heights, lift equipment, site travel readiness Language Basic communication in local language & Hindi
