Technician (Electrician & Plumber)

Job Summary:

To install, maintain, and repair electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring all work meets safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical: Install, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, control systems, and electrical fixtures.
• Plumbing: Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fittings
• System Management: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and upgrades on both electrical and plumbing systems.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute work.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, local codes, and OSHA guidelines for electrical and plumbing work.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant certification or license for both electrical and plumbing trades (e.g., ITI, Diploma).
• 1 to 2+ years of proven experience in both electrical and plumbing.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with testing devices (multimeter, etc.).
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Physical stamina and dexterity for demanding tasks.
