Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Technician specialized in CCTV. The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the proper setup and functioning of CCTV equipment, diagnosing issues, and providing customer service to address any concerns. This is an on-site role located in Pune.

Qualifications

• Experience in CCTV Installation and Troubleshooting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Awareness of Hazardous Materials and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is preferred
