Job Description

Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with production, quality, and process teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and process issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and enhanced production efficiency.

Equipment Monitoring: Regularly monitor overall equipment health and performance metrics, engaging in predictive maintenance efforts to detect potential failures before they occur.

EHS Compliance: Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols rigorously while maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness standards.

Training and Development: Provide training to junior technicians and machine operators on basic maintenance practices, safety measures, and efficient machine operation techniques.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in and contribute to ongoing training and development efforts. Stay current with technological advancements in automated machinery and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.

Inventory Management: Assist in the management of spare parts and maintenance supplies inventory, ensuring that necessary components are readily available to ensure uninterrupted maintenance activities.

Quality Control Support: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that machinery is operating within required specifications and tolerances, supporting product quality initiatives.
