Our in-house facility in Mohali focuses on precision assembly, testing, and integration of advanced cable and connector systems.

Role Overview:

We are looking for 3 enthusiastic ITI-qualified candidates (Freshers) who are interested in building a career in Cable Assembly, Wire Harnessing, and Interconnect Production.
The role involves hands-on assembly, routing, crimping, and testing of electrical cables and harnesses as per engineering drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cable assembly and wire harness fabrication as per layout and drawings.
• Work on cable sizing, labeling, and termination using appropriate tools.
• Support in cable routing, bundling, and connector integration activities.
• Ensure proper crimping, soldering, and continuity checks under supervision.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, tools, and production records.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety practices.
• Work closely with production supervisors and quality inspectors for learning and improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Fitter / Wireman) – Freshers welcome.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring, color codes, and hand tools.
• Interest in cable assembly, wiring, and interconnect systems.
• Willingness to learn technical drawings and harness layouts.
• Good teamwork, attention to detail, and discipline in workshop practices.
