Technician Assembly

As a Technician at our company, you will be responsible for working on robotics, pressing, gluing, CCD, and Network Analyzer Machines. Your duties will include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment, as well as installing, starting up, and shutting down equipment following safety procedures. You will also provide guidance to operators and Line Leaders on machine operations and ensure a safe work environment through 5s activities. Additionally, you will maintain maintenance records, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in achieving production targets. Key Responsibilities: - Work on robotics, pressing, gluing, CCD, and Network Analyzer Machines - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment - Install, start up, and shut down equipment following safety procedures - Advise operators and Line Leaders on machine operations - Maintain maintenance records and perform preventive maintenance - Ensure a clean and safe work environment through 5s activities - Assist in achieving production targets and prevent machine breakdowns Qualifications Required: - Experience in the Mobile Manufacturing Industry - Knowledge of Document Management and SOP Formulation - Punctuality, dedication, and quick learning abilities - Good communication skills If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to vikas.sagar@hz-winone.com with the subject line "Technician - Plastics Assembly".
