The Fusion Financials Service Assurance Engineering team is looking for passionate, innovative, high caliber, team-oriented individuals in testing of modern business cloud-based AI powered Fusion Financials for Credit to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounting, Budgetary controls etc. You will be part of a team of smart, motivated and diverse group of people working on test engineering for complex business processes. Role You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the functional test suites for validation of software features, enhancements, and fixes that are made to the product. As a functional Service Assurance Engineer, you will work closely with product management and product development to review functional designs and convert them to end to end test flows that will ensure that the designs are implemented, and work as expected. In this role, you will also interact with other functional Service Assurance Engineers and Product Managers from cross product teams on validating and testing the complete end to end integrated business flows across multiple products in Fusion Applications. You will collaborate with automation engineers to convert the test flows to automated test suites that will be run regularly within the Continuous Integration, Continuous delivery pipeline. As a functional expert, you will review customer requirements and ensure customer success for customers and partners. Engineering of test strategy, test designs and test specifications for next generation AI/ML features will be part of this journey. Skills Ideal candidate must have functional, implementation experience on Fusion Applications, or Oracle E-Business Suite or similar Enterprise Software applications. Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience Qualifications of Chartered Accountant/Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWA), Master's in Business Administration-Finance, BTech/MTech Proven work experience as a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant or similar role Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures, controls, processes, and in-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Experience with accounting software Programming experience will be a plus Automation knowledge and experience will be an added advantage Technical hands-on experience using Java and Selenium will be an added advantage Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail Interact with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers including senior management Demonstrate strong technical writing and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities Responsibilities As a member of the Service Assurance Engineering team, you will be responsible for the development and testing requirements for one or more functional areas. The responsibilities include: Will work as an individual contributor in multiple products in Fusion ERP Financials Functional expert knowledge of ERP Financials products Analyse functional designs to engineer test data for feature functionality Develop test strategy, testware specification documents for new features Provide feature designs with test steps for automation in CI/CD pipeline Provide data driven requirements for automation coverage, resiliency, scalability, reliability, performance specifying both positive and negative testing techniques Define quality metrics to be utilized during development, testing and deployment of testware Hands on testing of completed new features and enhancements Deliver testware in Agile Sprint development cycles Accelerate testing deliverable through innovative tools and automation Mentor team members on functional products sharing expert knowledge Work in collaboration with development, product management, automation and release engineering teams This position is open for work locations - Hyderabad, Bengaluru Key traits required for the profile: Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment.
