Technical Writer

The purpose of this role is to create content to convey complex, technical information to users using multiple techniques (writing, illustrations etc) as per client requirements and applicable quality standards. You will be responsible for preparing new technical content or updating existing content for clients. This will involve interacting with Subject Matter Experts (internal or Client) to gather and understand the client requirements and product documentation needs. You will also identify the appropriate authoring tools to be deployed and research, design, illustrate, write, revise, and edit high-quality and user-friendly print documentations and manuals for end users of the clients. It is important to maintain and follow project tasks allocated including checklists and manage version control as per the quality framework. The key responsibilities include: - Interacting with SMEs to gather and understand client requirements and product documentation needs - Identifying the list of documents to be prepared for the client - Researching, designing, illustrating, writing, revising, and editing high-quality print documentations and manuals - Maintaining and following project tasks allocated including checklists and version control Performance will be measured based on the following parameters: - Adherence to project processes, tasks allocated, checklists, and quality standards - First Time Right (FTR) approach - On-time release of the document (rework within time) - Error-free work and number of reviews - Client feedback Mandatory Skills: Technical Writing Experience: 5-8 Years Join a business powered by purpose and a place that empowers you to design your own reinvention.
