Position Title: Technical Work Data Entry Executive

Department: Operations / Technical Support

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days & Timing:6 Days a Week | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Salary Range:12,000 – 15,000 per month (Based on skills and performance)

Role Overview

The Technical Work Data Entry Executive will be responsible for accurately recording and maintaining daily work details of all technical staff, including work completion status and parts/spares usage. The role requires strong data-handling skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination—particularly in Bengali—for effective communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and update daily work records of all technical staff in prescribed formats.

* Maintain accurate data related to work completion, follow-ups, and parts/spares usage.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

* Coordinate with technical staff to collect complete and correct work-related information.

* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of records.

* Maintain organized digital documentation for audits and operational purposes.

* Assist in improving reporting and data management processes.

Eligibility & Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Mandatory proficiency in Bengali (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).

* Proficient working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

* Basic understanding of data entry and reporting standards.
