Technical Voice Support Associate

As an Experienced Candidate in this role, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from international customers. Your primary tasks will include providing technical support by diagnosing customer issues, recommending Annual Service plans and Software, and successfully closing sales to meet set targets. Ideally, the Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound tech processes and possess the ability to effectively close calls. In return, we offer a fixed monthly salary deposited in your account on the 1st of every month, along with lucrative incentives.
