As an Artwork Proofreader at Bristol Myers Squibb in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of artwork content for various regulatory and packaging requirements. Your responsibilities will include verifying text content, conducting technical reviews, approving artwork for printing, and managing associated cGMP documents. You will collaborate closely with the Artwork Designer, Regulatory teams, packaging sites, and print vendors to deliver high-quality artwork solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Proofreading: You will meticulously proofread the Regulatory text against the provided artwork to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Technical Verification: Conduct thorough technical verification of the artwork in alignment with packaging site requirements and printer specifications. - Deployment: Deploy approved artwork to the packaging site or printer suppliers for production. - Approval: Review and approve the final artwork for printing as provided by the print vendor. - Documentation: Complete all necessary cGMP documents associated with the artwork verification process. - Collaboration: Offer support and partnership to the Artwork Designer, packaging site teams, and Regulatory market stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow. Skills and Knowledge required: Prerequisites: - Strong background in the Graphical Industry and Pharmaceutical sector. - Proficiency in artwork comparison techniques. Educational Qualifications: - Advanced professional certificate in Graphical Industry profession, such as CFC. Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in artwork and labeling processes. Technical Skills: - Familiarity with Global Vision software and other Proofreading tools. - Sound understanding of cGMP standards and their application in the pharmaceutical industry. - Knowledge of packaging design principles. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant graphical design software. - Competence in using common MS Office software. Language Skills: - Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
