We are looking for a technical trainer who will be responsible for equipping internal teams, retail partners, and skincare professionals with in-depth knowledge of the brands products, treatments, and skin science. Your role ensures consistent and effective education that drives product confidence, customer trust, and brand loyalty. Training Development and Delivery Design, develop, and deliver product training programs (in-person and virtual) for internal staff, sales teams, retail partners, and skin professionals. Provide hands-on training on skincare products, treatment protocols, and tools (if applicable). Customize content for different audience levels – from beauty advisors to advanced medical aestheticians or dermatologists. Translate complex technical information into easily digestible formats . 2. Product Knowledge Expertise Maintain deep understanding of all brand products, including ingredients, formulation science, skin benefits, and competitive advantages. Act as the go-to expert for questions related to product efficacy, usage guidelines, contraindications, and innovations. Stay updated on trends in skincare, dermatology, and cosmetic science to ensure relevance and credibility. 3. Sales Enablement Support Equip sales and field teams with technical confidence to drive product advocacy and conversion. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations . Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for regional or partner educators. 4. Assessment & Reporting Evaluate trainee performance through quizzes, demos, or practical assessments . Gather and report on training feedback to improve future content and delivery. Track training metrics such as attendance, completion rates, and knowledge retention . 5. Content Creation & Digital Training Create or contribute to e-learning modules, training manuals, videos, slide decks , and other educational materials. Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding in training content. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with R&D, product development, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate training materials. Serve as a bridge between scientific teams and commercial teams , translating formulation science into consumer-friendly language. 7. Event Participation Represent the brand at conferences, product launches, trade shows, webinars , and training summits. Deliver live demonstrations and technical presentations to varied audiences.
