Technical Support - Voice Process

As a Technical Support representative in the Voice Process, your role will involve resolving technical queries through voice communication. To excel in this position, you must be a technical graduate with qualifications such as B-Tech, BCA, IT, BSC in Computer Science, or a Diploma in Engineering. Excellent communication and written skills are essential, with proficiency in Versant-5 being a requirement. This is a full-time and permanent position suitable for freshers as well. The shift timings are rotational, spanning 9 hours per shift. Fluency in English is highly valued, and candidates with English proficiency are preferable. As part of the role, you will be expected to work in day shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts. Additional benefits include commuter assistance, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
