Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling technical support calls and tickets, resolving issues through remote access and phone support, and performing installations and configurations of IceWarp, MySQL, SSL, Linux, and Windows Server OS. You will also monitor servers such as IceWarp and MySQL, perform migrations, and address pre-sales queries at L1/L2 levels. Additionally, you will be expected to handle important and urgent calls during non-office hours, provide support during emergencies as required, and manage a minimum of 30 tickets per month when in a support role. Moreover, you should oversee at least 4 implementations monthly and manage escalations from customers based on the escalation matrix. Key skills for this role include expertise in Messaging Administration, Windows server, Linux server, and System Administration. Knowledge of Windows and Linux administration, network level skills, email protocols (SMTP, POP3, IMAP), MS SQL Server, MySQL Server, Active Directory, LDAP, mail servers such as MS Exchange, Lotus Domino, Postmaster, Zimbra, Mdaemon, virtualization technologies like VMWare and HyperV, SSL Certificates, helpdesk/ticketing systems like Kayako and Zendesk, and technical understanding of systems, databases, and networks are essential. Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken), a high level of customer orientation, effective team collaboration, self-initiative, motivation, willingness to learn, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar domain are also required for this role. This is a full-time position with day shift work hours from Monday to Friday. Applicants are required to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in mail migration.
