About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support for AutoCAD and other Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Inventor) 2. Troubleshoot installation, licensing, and performance-related issues 3. Assist users remotely or on-site through phone, email, and remote support tools 4. Maintain proper documentation of support cases and escalate complex issues when required 5. Conduct user training sessions and assist with software updates/implementations Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related technical field 2. Working proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one other Autodesk product 3. Excellent English communication skills and strong analytical problem-solving ability 4. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and network environments 5.
